- Booking details: name, email, phone, arrival and departure dates, room and number of guests, and any notes you leave us.

- Payment details: your card details are received directly by the bank (Banco Promerica, CyberSource) in its secure form. This site does not see or store your card number. We only keep the payment reference, the amount, the card brand and the result (approved or declined).

- Guest history: previous stays, preferences and special requests, so we can serve you better.

- Communications: emails, WhatsApp messages or call notes when you contact us.

- Site usage data: pages visited, time on site, browser and device, collected with cookies and analytics tools.

- Identity document: at check-in a national ID or passport is required, as Costa Rican regulations demand.

- To manage and confirm your booking, charge it and send you the confirmation and stay emails.

- To answer your questions and requests before, during and after your visit.

- To meet legal and tax obligations.

- To improve the site and our services based on aggregated usage data.

- To send you information and offers only if you agreed to receive them; you can unsubscribe at any time.

Card payments are processed through Banco Promerica with the CyberSource platform (Visa), certified under the PCI DSS standard, with 3-D Secure authentication. Card details travel encrypted directly to the bank; this site never receives them. To manage your booking we keep the reference and the result of the transaction.

This site uses cookies that are necessary to work (for example, your "My account" session and the cart) and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser; the ones needed to pay or to sign in would stop working.

- Banco Promerica / CyberSource: to process your payment.

- Our hotel management system and channel manager: to register the booking at the hotel.

- Email and analytics providers: to send you confirmations and measure site usage.

- Authorities: when required by law.

None of them may use your data for their own purposes. We do not sell or rent your information.

Booking and payment data are kept for as long as Costa Rican accounting and tax obligations require. Contact details used for offers are kept until you unsubscribe.

You have the right to:

- Access the data we hold about you.

- Ask us to correct inaccurate information.

- Ask for your data to be deleted, except what we must keep by law.

- Unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time.

- Object to the use of your data for marketing purposes.

The site is served only over HTTPS, encrypted end to end. Payments are made in the bank's form, not on the site. Access to guest data is limited to the staff who need it to serve you.

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
