1. Booking & Reservations
- All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel.
- A valid email address is required for all bookings.
- Booking confirmations will be sent via email. Please verify all details upon receipt.
- The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation if errors in pricing or availability are discovered. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you promptly to offer alternative arrangements or a full refund.
2. Rates & Payment
- All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
- Rates displayed are per room, per night, and may be subject to applicable taxes and fees.
- Payment is due at check-in unless otherwise arranged.
- We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and bank transfers.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed reservations will honor the rate at the time of booking.
3. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM (14:00)
- Check-out time: 12:00 PM (12:00)
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- A valid government-issued photo ID (passport or national ID) is required at check-in.
4. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay.
- The hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking in rooms will result in a cleaning fee.
- Guests must comply with all hotel policies, local laws, and regulations.
- Noise levels must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
5. Liability
- The hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- We recommend using the in-room safe for valuables.
- The hotel is not responsible for interruptions in service due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or government actions.
6. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, or other force majeure events.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of the hotel and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Costa Rica.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
